Property - This refers to any property such as a Hotel, Hostel, B&B, Guesthouse, Self Catering Property, Inn, Castle or any other "property" which is advertised on Irish Beds.com
Property Contact - This is a person such as a Marketing Director, Manager, Assistant Manager or Property Owner who completes this form.
Customer – This refers to any person who may use the website www.irishbeds.com to find suitable accommodation in Ireland.
This is an agreement between you, the property contact, together with the property you represent and Irish Beds.com. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE, PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM.
Irish Beds.com has agreed to develop a specific webpage on the Irish Beds.com website and display information about your property on this page.
In the event that you property is only available during certain seasons then you should indicate this when you submit your information. In the event that your property is temporarily closed due to renovations or another reason you should inform the website who process your bookings.
If you decide to remove your property from the website and not avail of the advertising service please click on the “contact us” link from the home page and email us your request. Under such circumstances Irish Beds.com will act as promptly as possible to facilitate your request.
Irish Beds.com does not process bookings or collect credit card information or any other information from customers who intend to book a room at any particular property. Under all circumstances customers will be referred to another website (such as www.accommodation.ie) to proceed with their bookings. If you do not have a listing on Accommodation.ie you can still submit information about your property however there will be no booking option available for your customers. If you would like to have a booking option for your customers please visit www.accommodation.ie
Irish Beds.com has agreed with Accommodation.ie to refer customers to www.accommodation.ie in order to proceed with bookings. Irish Beds.com openly declares that visitors are fully encouraged to use the service offered by Accommodation.ie and visitors are not faciliated to process bookings directly with you (under such circumstances no commission would be collected). Therefore you agree that your website address, email address or reservations telephone number will not be displayed on Irish Beds.com
A one time payment of 30 Euro is required to list your property in the directory, this payment is required to cover the administration cost involved in registering your property in the directory and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
You the property contact agree that you will provide true and accurate information that relates to your property.
This advertising opportunity is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of this Agreement. You acknowledge that, from time to time, it may be necessary for Irish Beds.com to update or revise certain provisions of the Agreement. By accepting this Agreement, you agree that Irish Beds.com may change the terms of the Agreement in its sole discretion. Under such circumstances you will be informed of any change to the agreement by email. If you do not agree to the changes proposed by Irish Beds.com, or to any terms in this Agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is to request that your property is removed from www.irishbeds.com and you no longer avail of the free advertising opportunity. Not withstanding the foregoing, Irish Beds.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend or refuse the free advertising opportunity to anyone in its sole discretion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features or products that change, augment or enhance the current Service shall be subject to this Agreement.
