Sleepzone - which opened in April 2001 - is a custom built tourist hostel in the centre of Galway city. Its many modern features include a state-of-the-art internet/computer room - WITH FREE INTERNET ACCESS FOR HOSTEL GUESTS !, a modern and fully-equipped self-catering kitchen, and a comfortable TV and video room.
Sleepzone is also proud to announce that it has just become the first hostel in Ireland to offer Free Wireless Broadband access to its guests. Hostellers with suitably equipped ‘Wi Fi’ enabled laptop or notebook computers can now surf the net from anywhere within the Hostel!

Situated only 100 metres from Eyre Square, the hostel is a 3 minute walk from the city rail and bus terminal and is close to all Galway amenities including shops, pubs, restaurants and many tourist attractions.
With almost 200 beds in 36 rooms ranging from private rooms to dorms, nearly all of which are en suite, Sleepzone can accommodate everyone from individual travellers to large student or tour groups.
Sleepzone guests have 24 hour access using secure keycards and there are safety deposit boxes in the reception area for valuables.
