The cottage is set in a secluded location on the original Palatine colony of Killeheen. It features its original traditional front garden with original stone pier entrance. The grounds include a Palatine well, some of the original stone farm houses and mature trees.
The interior has been tastefully modernised and includes living room with open fire, kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower only.
The cottage provides accommodation for 2 adults. (Cot, Feeding Chair and Baby Bath provided for infant, if required.)
Facilities & Services include: Oil fired central heating, Open fireplace, Bed linen & towels, Colour television, Books on local subjects, Private Parking. The kitchen includes microwave and coffee maker. Laundry and drying facilities are provided in boiler house.
Centrally located in West Limerick for day trips to Limerick City, Cork City / Blarney Castle, Galway City / Cliffs of Moher, Killarney, Tralee, Rock of Cashel and the Seaside. Hourly Buses.

The old Palatine settlement laneway, which is over one mile in length, makes an enjoyable walkway.
