Auburn House was built in 1891 and we extensively renovated the house in 1991 and again in 2001. The Victorian architecture is complemented with heritage colours and antique furnishings. Accommodation is featured in many guides and comes highly recommended. Guests can relax in the evening in our elegant sitting room. Enjoy a game of chess or simply plan the following days activities.
The bedrooms are full of charm and character, they are spacious and comfortable and have ensuite facilities. They are equipped with Television's, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers and clock radios. Many of the bedrooms enjoy a view of the River Slaney.
Breakfast is served in a William Morris style Breakfast room and our extensive breakfast menu is sure to please every pallet.
A secure private car park is provided. For those of you using public transport Auburn House is only one-minute's walk from the Bus and Rail Station.
Just a stroll away ia a good selection of pubs, some with Traditional Irish Music nightly, excellent restaurants and charming shops.
