Pine Tree House enjoys a peaceful location yet is within walking distance of Lismore Castle Gardens, Mount Melleray Abbey and the Towers at Ballysaggart. Approved by Bord Failte, the house has 3 guest bedrooms (1 double; 1 twin and 1 triple-bedded room), all of them attractively furnished and decorated and provided with en suite facilities, television and hospitality tray. Guests receive a warm welcome in the morning in the pleasant dining room where owners Daphne and Shaun Power serve a traditional Irish breakfast for which Pine Tree House has become famous it will more than set you up for the day! For an evening meal, there are some good restaurants locally or, if you are not going out, you can relax in the company of the family or just find a quiet corner to catch up on some reading.
The house has a charming garden and a large private car park; pets are welcome and there are discounts available for long stay guests. You'll find plenty to see and do without travelling far. Lismore itself is a Heritage town with many historic buildings such as St Carthage's Cathedral and the old Lismore Court House which is now the Heritage Centre. The town has its own 9-hole golf course and is just 30 minutes from the beaches at Dungarvan and Youghal.
