Carragh Lake Killorglin Ring of Kerry
This charming and meticulously restored Victorian residence has a sense of timelessness about it. It is perched on the shores of Lake Caragh in Kerry. The restaurant overlooks the lake and serves the freshest Irish food with salmon and trout from the lake, succulent Kerry lamb from the hill, wild game and organic vegetables from the hotel's own garden. This area of Kerry has sailing, climbing, golf, archaeological sites and some of the best walks in the southwest within easy reach. Carrig only opened in 1997 but has already established a considerable reputation.
Bedrooms are spacious and elegant, individually decorated with en suite bathroom and the best modern facilities. Some have spectacular lake views while others enjoy a lush woodland aspect. In-room facilities include: Color TV with remote, radio, voice mail, individual climate control, direct dial phone, jack for fax, modem and PC.
