Dundrum Rd Tassagh Armagh County Armagh

Compare prices, view photographs, check availability & review information about all Bed & Breakfast's and Guesthouse's in Armagh.

An early 18th century farmhouse, creatively restored with many classical Georgian features, set in 80 acres of privately owned land with Callen River flowing through. Located in the quiet countryside six miles from Armagh eighteen miles from Newry and two miles from local town Keady.

Convenient to shop / post-office, pub and public transport.

Dundrum House has three spacious en-suite bedrooms; one double and two family rooms, two guest lounges with tea/coffee making facilities and dining room.

Apart from a few modern conveniences, the house remains in it’s original state. Over the years, historians have taken photographic recordings of ceilings, doorways and the staircase, because if the house were ever destroyed, the beautiful architecture could not be replaced.

Dundrum House has many outstanding features, including the very fine granite Gibbson door case with fanlight, from which there is an excellent view of the countryside and the truly fabulous dining room with it’s meticulously restored ceiling, dating back to the 1800’s. Guests can enjoy their breakfast within these exceptional
surroundings, which, if could speak, would have many tales to tell.

Dundrum House has three spacious en-suite bedrooms; one double and two family rooms.
Two of the rooms, like the dining room, have a view of the historical countryside. The third looks out onto the traditional farmyard, which still plays a role on the working farm.
